Dr. Connor speaks to dozens of beekeeper groups each year,
covering a wide range of subjects, from bee behavior and bee
sex; from management to pollination. Most presentations are
on PowerPoint, and require a projector, computer and screen;
these are high quality digital images including extensive
macrophotography.
If you are program chair or an officer of a bee club, garden
group, grower organization, consider using Dr. Connor as a
speaker
Speaker fees outside Michigan start at $400 per day plus
expenses (lodging, mileage, airfare, tolls, parking meals
and motel charges). Events are often scheduled a year in
advance, but do not hesitate to check at the last minute for
a open date. Right now the slowest months are September and
December.
Fees may be reduced by scheduling a series of meeting on
adjoining days in the same general location.
